Denn innerhalb von sechs Tagen drei internationale Stars ihres Instruments in den Stadt zu haben, ist selbst f\u00fcr die mit ausgezeichneten Konzerten verw\u00f6hnten M\u00fcnchner Konzertg\u00e4nger eine Besonderheit. Den Anfang machte Richard Bona vergangenen Mittwoch mit seinem Septett Mandekan Cubano im Jazzclub Unterfahrt. In den sp\u00e4ten Achtzigern angetreten, um die rockmusikalische Spielhaltung von Jaco Pastorius aus afrikanischer Perspektive auf den Jazz zu \u00fcbertragen, ist er inzwischen selbst jemand, er eigene Stilformen kreiert. Seine Form der Afrosalsa wirft den Blick von Afrika aus auf die Karibik und seine perfekt mit dieser Idee harmonierenden Partner schaffen ihm einen Klangkosmos, der in fragilen Balladen ebenso funktioniert wie als Fluss der Rhythmen. Den Anfang machte Richard Bona vergangenen Mittwoch mit seinem Septett Mandekan Cubano im Jazzclub Unterfahrt. In den sp\u00e4ten Achtzigern angetreten, um die rockmusikalische Spielhaltung von Jaco Pastorius aus afrikanischer Perspektive auf den Jazz zu \u00fcbertragen, ist er inzwischen selbst jemand, er eigene Stilformen kreiert. Seine Form der Afrosalsa wirft den Blick von Afrika aus auf die Karibik und seine perfekt mit dieser Idee harmonierenden Partner schaffen ihm einen Klangkosmos, der in fragilen Balladen ebenso funktioniert wie als Fluss der Rhythmen. Ob als S\u00e4nger oder Bassist, Bona hat seine Band und deren Wirkung entspannt im Griff, dynamisch differenziert, diszipliniert groovend und voller improvisatorischer H\u00f6henfl\u00fcge vor allem seines Trompeters Dennis Hernandez und seines Pianisten Osmany Paredes.
