Arbeitsphase (6.\u201313. M\u00e4rz) in Trossingen wird das Ensemble zum ersten Mal von einer Frau geleitet. Die Berliner Komponistin und Dirigentin Maria Baptist hat das Sagen bei der unter dem Titel &#8222;City Grooves&#8220; stehenden Probenwoche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sp\u00e4t genug \u2013 23 Jahre nachdem Peter Herbolzheimer zum ersten Mal Musiker f\u00fcr das Jugend-Jazzorchester zusammenrief. Unterst\u00fctzt wird Maria Baptist bei ihrer Arbeit von weiteren Jazz-Frauen in der Dozententruppe: Julia H\u00fclsmann (p), Angelika Niscier (sax), Susan Weinert (git), Carola Grey (dr) und Ulla Oster (b).\u00a0 Eine weitere Gender-Diskussion aus m\u00e4nnlicher Sicht lohnt nicht, denn au\u00dferdem dabei: Martin Auer (trp) und J\u00fcrgen Neudert (trb).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><!--more--><\/span>Auf der Website des BuJazzO hei\u00dft es dazu:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8222;Das BuJazzO f\u00f6rdert junge Jazzmusiker, die besten und talentiertesten des ,Young German Jazz&#8216;. Dabei hat es zum Ziel, gleicherma\u00dfen f\u00fcr Jungen und M\u00e4dchen Vorbild zu sein. Doch obwohl in vielen Sch\u00fclerbigbands das Geschlechterverh\u00e4ltnis ausgewogen ist, finden wenige junge Frauen den Weg in die professionelle Szene. Das nahm das BuJazzO zum Anlass, Frauen vermehrt als Vorbilder zu engagieren.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Die Ergebnisse der 47. Arbeitsphase werden zu h\u00f6ren sein beim Abschlusskonzert am\u00a0 12.
