Er ist damit der f\u00fcnfte Preistr\u00e4ger nach Marilyn Mazur, Oliver Strauch, Toots Thielemans und Pascal Schumacher, der im Wechsel einmal an einen internationalen, einmal an einen interregionalen K\u00fcnstler der Gro\u00dfregion Saar-Lor-Lux vergebenen Auszeichnung. Er bedankte sich mit einem hinrei\u00dfenden Solo-Konzert im JTI Tabak-Lager von Trier, mit dem er schelmisch variierend mal das Thema Tabak mit Interpretationen von &#8222;Smoke Gets In Your Eyes&#8220; oder einer Bossa-Version von &#8222;Smoke On The Water&#8220; verarbeitete, dar\u00fcber hinaus aber auch Klassiker wie &#8222;Blue Rondo A La Turk&#8220; umfassend modifizierte, eigene Kompositionen pr\u00e4sentierte und zwischendurch sogar im Stile italienischer Canzone sang.
