Er setzte sich im Finale gegen acht weitere junge Talente aus der ganzen Welt durch. Zwei Tage zuvor spielte er noch beim Bayerischen Jazzweekend in Regensburg im <a title=\"Bayerisches Jazzweekend 2014 \u2013 Teil I (Galerie)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.jazzzeitung.de\/cms\/2014\/07\/bayerisches-jazzweekend-2014-details\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tobias-Meinhart-Quintett<\/a> sowie der abendlichen Jamsession im Andreas-Stadl.
