Unter dem Titel „Funky Louis Armstrong“ musizieren das Terrence Ngassa & Willy-Ketzer-Trio (ehem. Paul-Kuhn-Trio) in der Besetzung Terrence Ngassa (Vocals\/Trumpet), Jan Eschke (Piano), Jens Foltinovicz (Bass) und Willy Ketzer (Drums).<\/p>\n

Terrence Ngassa ist einer der besten Trompeter Afrikas. Der Kameruner aus K\u00f6ln mit seiner unglaublich \u00e4hnlichen „Louis-Armstrong-Stimme“ begeistert alle Fans. Diesmal werden die Armstrong-Titel zwar mit gleicher Voice gesungen, aber funky von der Profi-Band Willy Ketzer-Trio verpackt. Jan Eschke, der Artist am Piano, spielt groovige Riffs bei den Soli, Jens Foltinovicz coolen Funky- und Jazz-Bass mit ebenfalls jazzig, tollem Gesang. Der Stammdrummer von Jazz-Comedy-Ikone Helge Schneider, Willy Ketzer, zeigt an den Handmadedrums, dass er als klassischer Jazz-Schlagzeuger auch das Genre \u201eFunky-Jazz“ mit\u00a0 grandiosen dynamischen Taktvariationen beherrscht.<\/p>\n
