Im Extremfall reisen sie ihren Idolen von Konzert zu Konzert, von Stadt zu Stadt nach. Besonders beliebt sind Klavier-Ikonen wie Keith Jarrett, Brad Mehldau, Herbie Hancock oder Jamie Cullum. Aber auch Saxophonisten wie Charles Lloyd oder Gitarristen wie Pat Metheny haben gro\u00dfes Verehrungspotenzial. Neue Gesichter entdecken sie dabei regelm\u00e4\u00dfig beim Jazzfestival S\u00fcdtirol Alto Adige. So auch wieder dieses Jahr: Das schwedische Rotkehlchen Anni Elif Egecioglu gastierte in Meran mit ihrem Jazz-Dance-symphonischen Trio \u00a0\u201eElifantree\u201c im Rahmen eines Kurkonzerts, mit ihrem experimentellen Quartett \u201eEdith\u201c in Oberbozen und (noch ein paar hundert Meter h\u00f6her \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel auf der Bergh\u00fctte Lavarella in St. Vigil in Enneberg) im Trio mit Schlagzeugerin Amanda Blomqvist und Trompeter Verneri Phjola &#8211; beide aus Finnland. Egal ob in alpiner H\u00f6he auf der Feltuner H\u00fctte \u2013 etwa mit dem Bariton-Virtuosen Steffen Schorn und weiteren kongenialen Mitspielern \u2013 oder auch im intimen Duo mit seiner Frau Camilla Susann, die durch\u00a0 ein breites Repertoire an Gesangsstilen \u00fcberzeugte: Barockmusik und Popballaden bis hin zu virtuosen Scateinlagen, die sich unisono oder mehrstimmig mit Trompete oder Saxophon mischten.<\/p>\n<p>Haugs Highlight war das spontan zusammengestellt Trio mit Matthias Schriefl um den d\u00e4nischen Schlagzeug-Clown Kalle Mathiesen.
