In ihrer 40. F\u00f6rderrunde sagt die Initiative Musik Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr 44 Projekte aus elf Bundesl\u00e4ndern zu. \u201eDie sensitive und zugleich ungest\u00fcme Kreativit\u00e4t eines Henrik Schwarz, die epischen Kl\u00e4nge eingebettet in die zart-fesselnde Stimme bei Bayuk oder die beeindruckende Energie von Adam Angst zeigen die spannende Bandbreite in der wir uns als Juroren bewegen und freudig die Mittel f\u00fcr diese kreativen K\u00f6pfe bereitstellen d\u00fcrfen. Die Initiative Musik ist und bleibt eine wichtige Einstiegshilfe f\u00fcr K\u00fcnstlerkarrieren in der Musikindustrie\u201c, erl\u00e4utert der Musikmanager Joe Chialo. Der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer von AirForce1 Records wirkt seit dem Sommer 2016 in der Jury f\u00fcr die K\u00fcnstler- und Infrastrukturf\u00f6rderung mit.<\/p>\n

In den vier F\u00f6rderrunden des Jahres 2017 wurden vom deutschen F\u00f6rder- und Exportb\u00fcro Initiative Musik insgesamt 173 K\u00fcnstler- und 23 Infrastrukturprojekte bewilligt. Das sind 57 Projekte mehr als im Vorjahr. Die K\u00fcnstlerf\u00f6rderung der Initiative Musik richtet sich an in Deutschland lebende Solok\u00fcnstler* und Bands, insbesondere an Newcomer, und unterst\u00fctzt sie beim Karriereaufbau am deutschen Markt wie auch bei ihren ersten Schritten in ausl\u00e4ndische M\u00e4rkte. Dabei werden Musikerinnen bei gleicher Qualifikation bevorzugt gef\u00f6rdert. \u201eDies ist der aktuellen Jury ein besonderes Anliegen \u2013 also Musikerinnen bewerbt Euch!\u201c, sagt Ina Ke\u00dfler, Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin der Initiative Musik.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcnstler k\u00f6nnen gemeinsam mit ihren Partnern aus der Musikwirtschaft finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Albumproduktionen und -ver\u00f6ffentlichungen, Konzerttourneen sowie Promotion und Marketingma\u00dfnahmen beantragen. Die Initiative Musik tr\u00e4gt bei einer F\u00f6rderung bis zu 40 Prozent der Projektkosten. Bei der Infrastrukturf\u00f6rderung werden Projekte unterst\u00fctzt, die die Strukturen innerhalb der Musikwirtschaft verbessern oder etwas Neues einf\u00fchren, das vielen Musikern hilfreich sein kann.<\/p>\n

Die Projektmittel f\u00fcr die Programme der Initiative Musik stellt die Beauftragte der Bundesregierung f\u00fcr Kultur und Medien zur Verf\u00fcgung. Die Initiative Musik wird getragen von der Gesellschaft zur Verwertung von Leistungsschutzrechten (GVL) und dem Deutschen Musikrat sowie finanziell unterst\u00fctzt von GVL und GEMA, die die Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle in Berlin erm\u00f6glichen. Allein f\u00fcr die K\u00fcnstler-, Infrastrukturf\u00f6rderung und Eigenprojekte standen der Initiative Musik im Jahr 2017 insgesamt drei Millionen Euro zur Verf\u00fcgung. Der Abgabeschluss f\u00fcr Antr\u00e4ge zur 41. F\u00f6rderrunde ist der 16. Januar 2018.<\/p>\n

In den vier F\u00f6rderrunden des Jahres 2017 wurden vom deutschen F\u00f6rder- und Exportb\u00fcro Initiative Musik insgesamt 173 K\u00fcnstler- und 23 Infrastrukturprojekte bewilligt. Das sind 57 Projekte mehr als im Vorjahr.
